What are your terms of sale and research-use disclaimer?

All products supplied by PTLabs are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes only.

They are not intended for human or veterinary use, nor for diagnostic, therapeutic, or cosmetic applications.

By purchasing from PTLabs, the buyer confirms that they are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research organization and that the materials will be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

PTLabs accepts no responsibility for misuse of any product once delivered.

Are your Peptides tested?

Yes, all of our peptides are independently tested and supplied with batch numbers for full traceability.

Testing is carried out by a certified third-party laboratory (Janoshik).

The test image provided corresponds exactly to the vial you receive, with matching batch numbers on both the vial and the Certificate of Analysis (COA).

How should I store my peptides?


Lyophilized peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place, or frozen at –20°C for long-term storage (Years).

Once reconstituted, peptides should be used promptly or stored refrigerated according to your laboratory protocol.

Can you provide dosing or application advice?

No. PTLabs cannot offer dosing, medical, or usage advice. All products are sold for research use only and are not approved for human or veterinary use

Do I need a license to purchase research peptides?

No special license is required for most research institutions or professionals. However, customers must ensure compliance with their local laws and institutional policies regarding the purchase and handling of research materials

Where do you ship from?


Orders are dispatched from our UK-based fulfilment centre. We ship domestically and internationally where regulations allow.

Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we ship to most countries. Please note that customers are responsible for ensuring their local import regulations permit the receipt of research peptides. (we wont accept liability for siezed goods)

We have had successful deliveries in multiple EU countries and North America. We use FedEx only for internation shipping.

How long will delivery take?


Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

How can I track my order?


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this link to monitor your shipment’s progress at any time.
