Thank you for visiting and shopping with PTLabs. The following terms outline our shipping policy.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which includes tracking details if applicable.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International (outside Europe): 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as customs clearance or postal delays may extend delivery times.
3. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions, which vary by country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
Customers must ensure that the import and possession of research peptide products are permitted in their country. PTLabs is not liable for packages delayed, returned, or seized by customs.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain a tracking number, if available. Tracking numbers generally become active within 24–48 hours.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
PTLabs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
If the courier confirms loss or damage, please contact us at primetidelabs@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue where possible.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. PTLabs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error, contact us immediately — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
7. Temperature-Sensitive and Perishable Goods
Research peptides are temperature-sensitive and perishable. While all orders are carefully packaged for safe transit, we cannot guarantee product stability if packages are delayed in customs or transit beyond normal delivery times.
